For Non-Members

These services are available to all local businesses. Chamber membership is not required. Members
may receive discounted or included services depending on the tier level.

Marquee Advertising
$40 per week
or
$140 per month (4 weeks)
Includes up to 3 rotating frames.
Rush requests inside 10 business days: +$20.
Scheduling subject to availability.

Event Spotlight (Social Media Feature)
$50 per event feature
Includes one dedicated promotional post.
Event details and images must be provided.

Logo Design Services
$200 per logo package
Includes 2–3 initial concepts and delivery in PNG, JPG & PDF.
Original design elements only — no stock icons as primary logos.

Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
$150 per ceremony
Includes ribbon, scissors, photo opportunities, and social media recognition.

Board Room / Meeting Space Rental

Half-Day (up to 4 hours): $90
Full Day (up to 8 hours): $150
Optional Add-Ons:
Kitchen Access: +$35

Standard Terms

Payment is due prior to scheduling or service delivery. A minimum of 10 business days notice is
required for marketing placements. All promotions are subject to Chamber approval and
availability. Marketing results are not guaranteed.

Membership Overview

Important Clarification

Each membership level includes all general benefits of the preceding tier. Promotional, marketing, and event-related benefits are capped at the limits stated within each tier and do not accumulate across tiers. Upgrading replaces, rather than adds to, the number of promotions available per year.

All Chamber members receive equal access to Chamber networking and educational events at no additional charge. Higher tiers increase visibility, marketing support, and partnership opportunities.

Addtional Marketing Services

Marketing and promotional packages are available for purchase by both Chamber members and non-members. These services may be used in conjunction with a membership tier or independently, without a Chamber
membership.

Marketing & Promotion Terms

Marketing Material Requirements
All marketing content, including graphics, photos, logos, event details, and promotional text, must be
fully provided by the member unless otherwise arranged in writing. All submitted materials must be
final, accurate, and publication-ready at the time of submission. All materials are subject to review and
approval by the Chamber Marketing Team to ensure consistency with Chamber standards and
community guidelines. The Chamber reserves the right to decline or request edits to any content that is
inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, inappropriate, or inconsistent with Chamber mission and policies.

Submission Deadlines
To ensure scheduling and placement availability, a minimum of 10 business days’ notice prior to the
requested promotion or event date is required for all marketing submissions, including marquee
requests. Requests submitted with less than 10 business days’ notice are not guaranteed placement
and may be scheduled at the discretion of Chamber staff as time allows. Placement type, timing, and
frequency are subject to availability and Chamber discretion.

Member Responsibility
Members are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided, confirming event details prior to
submission, ensuring they have permission to use all logos, images, and content submitted, andensuring 
compliance with federal, state, and local advertising and business laws. The Chamber is not
responsible for errors contained in member-submitted content.

Content Standards
Submitted promotions must not include profanity, defamatory statements, harassment, political
campaigning, illegal or inappropriate activity, discriminatory content, or content inconsistent with
Chamber mission or community standards. The Chamber reserves the right to decline or remove
content at its discretion.

Marquee, Social Media & Marketing Placement
Specific placement timing, order, rotation frequency, or repetition cannot be guaranteed. Marketing rotation is scheduled based on availability and overall Chamber programming needs. The Chamber
reserves the right to adjust or pause scheduling as needed.

Marketing Access for Members & Non-Members
Marketing and promotional services are available for purchase by both Chamber members and
non-members. These services may be used alongside a membership tier or independently without a
Chamber membership. Pricing and availability may vary depending on program selection.

No Warranty of Business Outcome
The Chamber does not guarantee sales results, attendance levels, public response, or marketing reach
metrics, or overall business growth from marketing or promotional services.

Right to Refuse Service
The Chamber reserves the right to decline marketing submissions, discontinue promotional content, or
restrict future promotions for businesses or content that conflict with Chamber policy or the community
standards.

Agreement
Submission of marketing materials constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Membership Tiers

Baseline Benefits All Active Members Will Receive
  • Access to a minimum of six (6) Chamber-hosted networking and education opportunities per year

  • Eligibility to participate in Chamber programs, initiatives, and community-building activities

  • Tax-deductible membership investment

  • Opportunity to display business materials in the Chamber lobby

  • Invitation to the annual State of the Chamber update (hybrid format available)

  • Access to reserve the Chamber Board Room at The Depot for business-related meetings at no additional cost, subject to availability and advance scheduling

  • New Member Announcement: A welcome feature including a social media post on the Comanche Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture social media pages and inclusion in the Chamber’s monthly newsletter

Legacy Business Membership - $1,000

Maximum Visibility & Strategic Partnership

Includes all general benefits of the Signature Tier, plus:

  • Annual promotional allowance of up to twelve (12) promoted events per membership, including:         â—‹ Featured Chamber social posts
    â—‹ Website event listings
    â—‹ Guaranteed priority marquee placement(up to five (5) days per promoted event, scheduled in advance)

Major Event Media Highlight

  • Ten (10) radio commercial spots per year on 94.3 The Ox, applied toward promoting up to
    two key events annually and scheduled to complement Coffee Talk appearances when
    appropriate.

  • Coaching support from the Chamber to refine messaging and highlight visibility
    surrounding a featured event

  • Up to four (4) Coffee Talk features per membership year

  • One (1) dedicated website business feature

For Verified 501(c)(3) Organizations

  • Annual promotional allowance of one (1) promoted event per membership year, which may include:
    o Social media shares for local events

Community Ally - $100

Individual / Community Supporter

Designed for Individuals who Support the Mission of the Chamber, benefits include:

  • Name-only listing in Chamber records

This tier does not include business promotion or marketing services.
